Should you require delivery your fee will depend on your location. You are also welcome to collect. Delivery fee includes castle setup.

Delivery Terms & conditions: Full payment by COD or EFT 3 days prior to delivery. Proof of which must be emailed. Please note NO cheques accepted.

B. GENERAL  

•  “Party Hire”, the agent, and any of the employees, will NOT be held responsible for the loss, damage, death or injury to any persons or property whatsoever from the use/hire of fun item/s and motor/s, whether supplied through an agent or not.

•  The client is responsible to provide adequate access area and space for the fun item/s and adequate power supply to the motor/s. Motors have a short lead - please supply own extension lead , which should be no longer than 50 metres.

•  BECAUSE OF THE ELECTRICITY ELEMENT BEING PRESENT WHEN USING THE FUN ITEM/S, EXTRA SUPERVISION AND PRECAUTION MUST BE EXERCISED AT ALL TIMES BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT . USE OF MOTOR/S AND FUN ITEM/S ENTIRELY AT OWN RISK. THE HIRER UNDERTAKES TO ENSURE STRICT COMPLIANCE HEREWITH SIMULTANEOUSLY INDEMNIFYING THE AGENT AGAINST ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER THAT MAY BE MADE AGAINST THE AGENT ARISING OUT OF ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY SUSTAINED BY ANY PERSON UTILISING THE FUN ITEM/S AND MOTOR.

•  No children are to be allowed to play near or with the motor. Motor must be out of bounds! Motor must be kept dry at all times – must not be left out in rain.

•  Fun item/s and/or motor/s to be used on flat surface, preferably grass and in the shade. Not to be used on gravel (will get damaged). Should not come into contact with walls, trees or any other object which will cause damage to the item, repair cost will be for your account.

•  No shoes, sharp objects or food allowed on fun item/s.

•  Maximum age of child to use fun item/s is 14 years. Definitely no adults.

•  All damages incurred to of fun item/s and/or motor/s while in possession of the hirer will be payable by the hirer unless mutually agreed to in writing by both parties.

•  The client will be responsible for all legal costs incurred in collecting monies and / or fun item/s and or motor/s and/or other items hired.

C.  PAYMENT

•  Payment in full confirms your booking and all other items/equipment hired/purchased. Payment to be made by electronic transfer or bank deposit 3 days prior to delivery or collection. Banking details will be provided with Invoice when booking/purchase order is finalised.

D. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Cancellations will only be accepted 3 days prior to delivery. As applied to invoiced bookings, only emailed cancellations will be accepted, to info@party-hire.co.za - no messages to be left in office or on answering machine.

•  Late cancellations, less than 3 days before the event, will incur a charge of 50% of the invoiced amount.

NOTE : The customer will be required to bring with his/her IDENTITY DOCUMENT, when collecting any item/s.

By submitting my quote request by email or fax, I, (name in full) it will be understood that I the client have read and fully understand the Conditions of Hire as detailed above, and will fully comply with such conditions.
